Urban Agriculture Cooperative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the local food system by connecting underserved food growers with consumers, institutions, and families. Based in Newark, the cooperative operates a food hub that distributes New Jersey–grown products through farmers markets and wholesale channels, while also consulting on urban agriculture projects, working collaboratively to support an inclusive, sustainable, and just food economy for both people and the planet.
