Sundance Music Studios is a monthly music rehearsal studio complex in Jersey City that has supported the local and regional music community since 1988. Founded by local musician Joe Gallucci, Sundance was created to provide a comfortable, creative space where musicians and bands could rehearse, collaborate, and refine their craft. After a successful decade near the Jersey City Board of Education serving both Tri-State and Manhattan-based artists, the studio relocated to Carbon Place, where longtime partner Kathy Notarmaso joined the team in 2000 to help secure Sundance’s future as a cornerstone of Jersey City’s music scene.
