Hyacinth AIDS Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Jersey City providing HIV prevention, testing, and supportive health services for individuals and families affected by or at risk of HIV. The organization offers HIV education and testing, PrEP education, personalized cognitive counseling, an LGBTQ drop-in center and safe space, couples HIV counseling and testing, and targeted programs such as CLEAR and Project LOL, all focused on empowerment, prevention, and community wellness.
