C-Line is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization founded in 1999 by Min. Caroline Nelson, dedicated to helping individuals and families live independently and productively. Serving more than 300 men, women, and children each year, C-Line delivers a broad range of direct support and education services—including community education, HIV testing and outreach, nutritional support, counseling, support groups, case management, legal referrals, transportation and housing assistance, and public policy advocacy—backed by a professional staff committed to growing impact and community well-being.
